Field Journaling Class

TWO HANDS Paperie is thrilled to announce an amazing visual journaling experience September 8th and 9th!

Join us in September for a two day intensive workshop titled “Creating the Illustrated Field Journal”. This comprehensive, hands-on class is taught by Marty Colón and offered at the Cal-Wood Education Center, a 1200 acre site, near Jamestown, Colorado, at about 8,000 feet.
Learn to blend the approaches of artist, writer, and field-scientist to create a unique and powerful tool for exploring and learning about the natural world.
The Illustrated Field Journal equips you to dramatically improve your powers of observation, create a personalized learning tool, and preserve a uniquely evocative record of your experiences and discoveries in nature. This class focuses on skills and strategies for creating the Illustrated Field Journal regardless of artistic or writing experience. This is a two-day class, half of each day will be classroom time, and half will be in the field.

Cost: $245 (register with a friend and you will _each_ save $20)
